DRS RepReview Software / Services

DRS continues to expand its cloud based reconciliation software and services.
DRS has long backed and supported cloud based (read SaaS) applications. In fact, DRS RepReview first deployed  in a workstation / server environment, was originally envisaged as an internet based multi-user software application. Our original thinking in 2004 was that we would deliver the solution via remote PC. This type of application delivery would permit DRS to offer the application for in-house use as well as use by DRS Sample Analysts. As is often the case with cutting edge thinking, the supply chain, the internet and broadband connectivity, had not yet caught up to our thinking.
DRS RepReview was entirely rebuilt as a web based solution in 2006. The reconfiguration allowed us DRS to take advantage of the rapidly changing web based connectivity.  Our first deployment, while 100% browser based, was a hybrid of sorts. Using a co-located server environment (intranet) DRS was able to deliver a closed loop SaaS solution. Additionally, DRS was able to offer this customer reconciliation services performed by DRS analysts that were offsite from their home office. We were able to “work alongside” of each other without any concern of duplicated effort.
Today, DRS RepReview software and analysts manage over 8,000 pharmaceutical sales representatives. We utilize state of the art web based solutions that provide real time peer review by our customers. Working in this fashion allows us to offer all levels of support to our customers. This support ranges from aiding with closeouts and or special inventories, to full fledged DRS reconciliation services. Additionally, our reconciliation services have expanded into offering fleet support, third party inventory in addition to HCP validation.
DRS is working on the next generation solution even as you read this blog. Even so, you can still stay ahead of the curve with our current solution which is the most advanced available today.
Thank you for reading this blog.
